1. What kinds of slime does Metechmarine offer? We have a huge variety:
- Clear & glossy slimes
- Fluffy cloud & foam slimes
- Butter & soft clay slimes
- Crunchy slimes with beads/charms
- Glitter, metallic & unicorn slimes
- Jelly/fishbowl slimes
- Glow-in-the-dark & scented slimes (candy, fruit, fresh scents)
All are stretchy, non-sticky (when cared for properly), and super satisfying for play, stress relief, or sensory fun!
2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days
We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your slime is on its way!
4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unopened, unused slime containers. If slime arrives damaged, melted (due to heat during shipping), or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll send a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Opened slime is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns page for details.
6. Is your slime safe for kids? Yes – our slimes use non-toxic, child-safe ingredients (many borax-free with safer activators). Suitable for ages 6+ (adult supervision for younger kids). Do a patch test for sensitive skin, and never ingest. Small parts (charms/beads) may be choking hazards for very young children.
7. How do I store and care for my slime? Keep in the airtight container to prevent drying. Store in a cool, dry place (avoid hot cars/sunlight – slime can melt in extreme heat). If it gets sticky, knead in a tiny drop of activator (included with some orders) or baby powder. If it hardens, add a drop of water and knead gently.
